Contact Lens Workflow by Parc Cruz
Philippine photographer Parc Cruz has posted a nice tutorial on Flickr for what he describes as his Contact Lens Workflow. Though I don’t agree with him on all the different steps, I definitely can’t argue with the results.
If you’ve ever wanted to get rid of red-eye, make somebody’s eyes stand out, or even change somebody’s eye color, this is a great tutorial for you.

Wow, that’s awesome. How do you use this to get rid of red-eye, though?

Bryan: All you have to do is change the first step. Instead of drawing in white circles, select the red area and put in a Channel Mixer Adjustment Layer (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer…) with RGB values of 0, +50, and +50 in the Red Output Channel. If I find a CC-licensed image with red-eye, I can cobble up a little post on the topic. Would you have one you can share?

This is so cool. I’m not quite good in using Flicker but i’d love to learn this. Makes the eyes stand out more in pictures.
